Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is a visual novel game developed by Spike Chunsoft. The game was first released in Japan in 2010 for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) and later adapted to various other platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC. It is now also available on mobile platforms, including Android. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc tells the story of a group of elite students trapped in a mysterious school known as Hope's Peak Academy. The school is led by Monokuma, a strange teddy bear puppet who acts as their guide. Monokuma informs the students that the only way to escape is by killing their fellow classmates and successfully getting away with it in a "Class Trial" held after each murder. Players take on the role of Makoto Naegi, an ordinary student who is chosen to attend Hope's Peak Academy. Alongside other characters, Makoto must investigate the mysterious murders that occur in the school and uncover the truth behind the events.
